Bravely, is a collection of prose poetry and lessons written by Mithila Aich about her journey from loss, betrayal, trauma and mental illness to healing, wisdom, courage and bravery. The prose poems and lessons reflect on how difficult life can be whilst balancing work life and mental health. She learnt through some very challenging moments from the age 16, on how to live life bravely and most importantly, how to never give up.
Mithila encourages readers to believe in themselves and take a step forward one at a time in their lives, despite many setbacks.

In this composition the promising young writer Mithila Aich tried to express her feelings, emotions. sentiments and concerns in a realistic manner as commonly faced by people in their battle of life. She genuinely imagined the grim reality of life where there are hopes and fears, enthusiasm and frustration, darkness, and light. She felt that the whole nature is infused with devilish impressions, yet she is hopeful to rise against all odds with courage and fortitude. Each detail of her composition has a symbolic value which helps to deepen and enrich the emotional and moral elements. Her skill and narration bear the simplicity and directness with which she has sat down the things that possessed her mind.
